Piano & Voice Lesson Information
Jane Mell has been teaching for over 35 years, in both the Chicago area, as well as Moldova. She teaches many styles of music, in either English or Russian, for all ages (4 thru senior citizens) in:
- Piano
- Voice
- Music Theory
- Solfigetto
- Ensembles/ Choirs
- Conducting
Jane Mell is a graduate of the Conservatory: “G. Muzicescu” in Chisinau, Moldova, as well as post-graduate degree from the Institute of Culture in St. Petersburg, Russia. After graduating, she taught for more than 25 years as a professor at the well-respected conservatory in Moldova. She has taught countless private lessons, as well as extensive work in churches and leading choirs.

Available Discounts:
- $5 off each additional student, after paying the regular price for the first one (or if you want more than 1 lesson per week for the same student).
- $5 off each lesson that is taught in my home instead of me traveling to your home.
Reasonable Policies
- I offer make-up lessons for when you can’t attend a lesson or if I have another schedule conflict. Either way, we’ll make sure you get your lesson!
- You can pre-pay for several months at a time or you can for each lesson – cash or check, only.
- We will have recitals twice per year at Family Piano Co in Waukegan – I recommend you participate, but it’s not required.
